Bloodthorn Ravager

Old hunters tell of a creature called the thorned maw that appears in years when the river runs red. Folktales claim it was once a guardian stag twisted by a massacre. Songs warn of the scent of iron before it attacks.

Blood Frenzy. If at least one creature within 10 feet of the ravager is below half of its maximum hit points the ravager has advantage on attack rolls against that creature. Additionally the ravager regains 5 hit points when it hits a creature that is below half hit points.
Hemorrhage. A creature hit by the ravager's Gore must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or gain the Hemorrhage condition. A creature suffering Hemorrhage takes 5 () necrotic damage at the start of each of its turns. At the end of each of its turns the creature can repeat the Constitution save, ending Hemorrhage on a success. If Hemorrhage is applied again while already suffering it the bleed damage increases by and stacks up to three times. Magical healing or a creature using an action to staunch wounds ( Wisdom Medicine check or spending a first level spell slot as an action to cast lesser restoration) ends all Hemorrhage effects on a creature.
Trail of Blood. The Bloodthorn Ravager can move through nonmagical difficult terrain made of undergrowth, vines, and shallow bog without extra movement cost. When it moves through such terrain it leaves behind a 5 foot trail of slick blood that counts as difficult terrain for creatures other than the ravager for 1 minute.
Bestial Resolve. The ravager is immune to being charmed and frightened. It has advantage on saving throws against being paralyzed or stunned.
Multiattack. The Bloodthorn Ravager makes two attacks: one Claw and one Gore. If it hits with Gore the target is wounded by bleeding. If the ravager scores a critical hit with Gore the bleed damage increases.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 10 ft, one target. Hit: 17 () slashing damage. On a hit the target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or suffer Hemorrhage (see Traits).
Gore. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 10 ft, one target. Hit: 21 () piercing damage. If the target is already suffering Hemorrhage the target takes an additional 7 () necrotic damage and the hemorraghing effect worsens (bleed damage increased by ).
Savage Sweep. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 15 ft, all creatures in a 15-foot cone. Hit: 14 () bludgeoning damage and are knocked prone on a failed Strength saving throw, or half as much and not knocked prone on a success.
Savage Retort. When a creature the ravager can see within 10 feet misses it with a melee attack the ravager may immediately make one Gore attack against that creature.
