Swarm. The swarm can occupy another creature's space and vice versa, and the swarm can move through any opening large enough for a Tiny insect. The swarm can't regain hit points or gain temporary hit points.
Batten Down. While the swarm is within the space of a pile of bones or a mass grave, it has resistance to all damage except psychic, force, and radiant damage. Additionally, its AC increases to 15.
Bone Camouflage. While the swarm remains motionless in a bone-filled area, it is indistinguishable from normal decay and moss.

On a failure, the swarm deals 14 () piercing damage and the target is considered Poisoned by the intense pain until the end of their next turn.
Scurry Home. When the swarm takes damage from a source it can sense, it can move up to half its speed toward the nearest pile of bones without provoking opportunity attacks.
