Slick-Shell Scavenger

Sailors speak of the 'Living Junk-Heaps' of the Sluice. They aren't just animals: they are a physical manifestation of the coast's urban decay. A Slick-Shell Scavenger's armor can often tell the story of the last vessel that sank nearby.
