The Iron Oracle - AI-generated fantasy Monster

The Iron Oracle

Created by the First Archmage of the Argent Spire, the Iron Oracle was built not to kill, but to challenge. However, as the centuries passed and its internal logic evolved, its definition of a 'passed' test has become increasingly lethal. It guards the Chancellor's Sigil, the physical artifact required for a student to be recognized as a Master of the Arts.

Immutable Form. The Oracle is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form.
Magic Resistance. The Oracle has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Chime of Resonance. Any creature that starts its turn within 15 feet of the Oracle must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 10 () thunder damage as the chime-like movements rattle their bones.
Multiattack. The Oracle makes two attacks with its Burning Brand and one use of Sands of Time.
Burning Brand. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 20 () bludgeoning damage plus 18 () fire damage. The target must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Sands of Time. The Oracle tilts its hourglass. Each creature in a 30-foot cone must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, a creature can't use reactions, its speed is halved, and it can't make more than one attack on its turn. In addition, the creature can use either an action or a bonus action on its turn, but not both. These effects last until the end of the Oracle's next turn.
Final Verdict (Recharge 5-6). The Oracle releases a concentrated pulse of golden light. Each creature within 60 feet must make a Intelligence saving throw. On a failure, a creature takes 66 () radiant damage and is stunned until the end of its next turn. On a success, it takes half damage and is not stunned.
Spell Reflection. When the Oracle is targeted by a spell or included in a spell's area, it can force the caster to make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, the Oracle is unaffected by the spell, and the spell is instead reflected back at the caster. The spell uses the Oracle's stats for any attack rolls or save DCs, but is treated as if it originated from the Oracle's position toward the caster.
Slam. The Oracle makes one slam attack with a free hand ( to hit, 18 () bludgeoning damage).
Shift Gravity (Costs 2 Actions). The Oracle causes the floor beneath one creature it can see within 60 feet to lurch. The target must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or fall 20 feet upward into the ceiling, taking fall damage as normal.
Inversion (Costs 3 Actions) (Costs 3 Actions). The Oracle resets its hourglass. All creatures within 30 feet that have ongoing conditions (such as Haste, Slow, or Poisoned) must immediately end those effects and take 5 () force damage for each effect ended.
