Appearance
Valerius was once a lithe and graceful fencer, but the fragment within has transformed him into a mountain of contradictory anatomy. He possesses a barrel-chested, massive frame where muscle and morbid obesity compete for dominance. His skin is unnervingly translucent, particularly around his midsection where a swirling vortex of star-dark energy is visible through the flesh. He moves with a heavy, rhythmic stomp that seems to pull nearby objects slightly toward him with every step. His face is flush with a permanent fever, and his sweat smells faintly of ozone and old copper.
