The Weeping Canopy is a sprawling expanse of primordial swampland where gnarled roots reach from the muck like skeletal fingers. Dense grey moss drapes from massive cypress trees, creating a natural ceiling that chokes out the sun. Navigating this landscape requires balancing on slick logs or wading through obsidian-black water that hides predators and quicksand. It is a grim, lightless realm where only the hardy or the desperate attempt to build a life in the gloom.
