Lithic Spite-Swarm - AI-generated fantasy Monster

Lithic Spite-Swarm

Minerals don't usually hold grudges, but obsidian is formed from the violent cooling of magma. Scholars believe Spite-Swarms are the leftovers of failed earth rituals, souls of the vengeful bound to the sharpest stone available.

Earthen Meld. The swarm can burrow through nonmagical, unworked earth and stone. While doing so, the swarm doesn't disturb the material it moves through and has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks.
Swarm. The swarm can occupy another creature's space and vice versa, and the swarm can move through any opening large enough for a Tiny obsidian shard. The swarm can't regain hit points or gain temporary hit points.
Equipment Shredder. When a creature starts its turn in the swarm's space, the creature must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, any nonmagical armor made of leather or cloth that the creature is wearing takes a permanent and cumulative -1 penalty to the AC it offers. Armor reduced to an AC of 10 is destroyed. Nonmagical cloth items like capes or pouches are automatically shredded.
Multi-Faceted Laceration. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 0 ft., one creature in the swarm's space. Hit: 14 () slashing damage, or 7 () slashing damage if the swarm has half of its hit points or fewer.
Vibrational Shift. When the swarm takes damage from a melee attack, it can use its reaction to immediately move up to half its speed without provoking opportunity attacks, potentially leaving the attacker's space.
