Kesh is a lean, weather-cut half-orc with a long face, a flattened nose, and hands webbed with pale salt cracks. Their movements are economical and strangely quiet for someone who spends every night among crashing crates and drunken sailors. One tusk is filed into a blunt square, while the other remains naturally crooked. Their face suggests constant suspicion, yet their smile is unexpectedly gentle and almost grandmotherly. They leave an impression of a person who has already noticed every exit, every lie, and every loose nail in the room.
