This glaive is forged from a single shard of black obsidian polished to a voidlike sheen. The weapon casts no reflection in mirrors, water, or polished steel, and even in bright light it appears as a hole cut into the world rather than a metal object. The haft is wrapped in dark leather that feels cool and dry to the touch, with a narrow ring of smoky glass where blade meets polearm.
