Albino Crythafin

Sages debate whether the Albino Crythafin is a true beast or an omen given flesh. Its odd blend of features seems less like a mistake of nature and more like a deliberate composition, as though several peaceful forest spirits agreed to share one body. Where these creatures dwell, the upper canopy tends to flourish. Their presence is considered a blessing by arborists, druids, and those who live in the treetops, though overharvesters learn quickly that the crythafin can defend its feeding grounds with startling strength.

Canopy Meld. The crythafin has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made in forest canopy terrain with foliage, vines, or hanging moss.
Sure-Footed Climber. The crythafin can move along vertical trunks, thin branches, and hanging roots without needing to make checks, and it does not need hands to climb.
Balancing Hold. A creature grappled by the crythafin has disadvantage on checks made to escape if it is standing on a narrow branch, vine, or other unstable perch.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 13 () bludgeoning damage. If the target is Large or smaller, it is grappled (escape ). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the crythafin cannot constrict another target.
Constrict. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 10 ft., one creature grappled by the crythafin. Hit: 11 () bludgeoning damage.
Nectar Flick. Ranged Weapon Attack: to hit, range 30/60 ft., one target. Hit: 5 () piercing damage, and the target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be charmed until the end of its next turn as it becomes entranced by the crythafin's sweet, drifting scent and gentle gaze. While charmed this way, a creature cannot take reactions.
Tail Hook. When a creature the crythafin can see ends its turn within 5 feet of it while not grappled, the crythafin can attempt to grapple that creature. The target must succeed on a Strength or Dexterity saving throw (target's choice) or become grappled by the crythafin.
Glide Between Branches. The crythafin moves up to half its climbing speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
Mesmeric Glance (Costs 2 Actions). One creature the crythafin can see within 10 feet must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be distracted by its serene, uncanny gaze until the start of the creature's next turn. While distracted, the target can't take reactions and has disadvantage on opportunity attacks.
