Vesha Mirecoil
Warden
Vesha Mirecoil
Species
Ash-scaled drakekin
Appearance
Vesha Mirecoil is a broad, low-slung reptilian matron wrapped in layers of soot, old scar tissue, and ritual ash. Her scales are charcoal-black at the edges and burn copper beneath the grime, as if a coal fire still lives under her skin. One shoulder is higher than the other from an ancient injury, giving her a lopsided, crabwise silhouette that somehow makes her look more dangerous, not less. She moves with a slow, deliberate sway, each step careful enough to seem ceremonial, yet sudden as a striking ember when anger takes her. The strange contradiction is her adornment: she wears a delicately stitched veil of pale lace over one eye, a relic taken from a noble tomb, absurdly refined against her caked, tunnel-worn body.
“Low, dry, and smoky, with careful pauses and a habit of turning warnings into proverbs.”
