Muzulg Vax-Ryn
Fighter 3, Battle Master
Muzulg Vax-Ryn
Species
Chromavaft
Appearance
Muzulg Vax-Ryn looks like a man carved from old sea-glass and weathered ivory. His Chromavaft skin shimmers in slow bands of moss green, smoke blue, and amber when he moves, as though light is catching scales beneath the surface. He is tall but stooped, with long fingers stained by inks, resin, and salt. His skin has a dry, polished texture around the face and a faint translucent sheen at the temples. He walks with a careful, deliberate sway, but when startled he becomes unnaturally quick, almost twitching into motion. The unexpected detail is the tiny, immaculate lace handkerchief pinned to his collar, which he irons every morning despite living in a creaking tidehouse.
“Measured and low, with a salt-seasoned cadence. He uses precise technical terms when calm, but in emotional moments his words become poetic and coastal, full of tide, reef, lantern, and storm imagery.”

Distinguishing Features
A fractured prism embedded in his sternum that softly glows when he is frightened
Three pale scars that cross his throat like frozen ripples
His left hand has translucent fingertips, a mark from the floodgate incident
A tiny bell sewn inside his coat hem that never seems to ring aloud
His pupils shimmer like oil on water in bright light
Voice
“Gravel-soft, warm, and faintly musical, like a harbor bell heard through fog”
Clothing
A salt-dark longcoat lined with copper thread, layered over a patched teal tunic, flexible sea-leather trousers, and soft boots with prism-cut buckles. He wears a belt of tiny tool pouches, a brass charm against drowning, and a polished monocle clipped to a silver chain.
Body Language
He keeps his shoulders slightly rounded, as if bracing against an invisible tide, and uses precise hand motions when explaining things. When anxious, he rubs his thumb over the ridges of his knuckles where old work scars catch the light.
