The Tinkerer's Hoard and the Mimic's Maw

Deep within the granite halls of the Mountain Keep, the clutter of gnome craftsmanship meets the grisly remains of a hungry mimic. Scattered across the stone floor are half-finished inventions, gleaming gemstones used as optical lenses, and the heavy leather satchels of the fallen gnome workers. Within the dissolving remains of the mimic, the party finds items that the creature had consumed but could not digest, including a few valuable tonics and hard currency.
