Appearance
Morozhka is a tall, severe woman who looks carved out of a blizzard and left to think. Her face is lined like wind-raked ice, but not with frailty, rather with the calm permanence of stone exposed to centuries of weather. She moves with slow, deliberate certainty, as though every step must be earned from the world itself. Her mantle is a living contradiction: from afar it seems like a heavy white fur cloak stitched with frost-bitten reeds, yet up close it is layered with snow-dry cloth, crystalline fibers, and threads of pale aether that flutter despite the still air. A ring of floating ice shards circles above her brow like a broken halo of stars. The most unsettling detail is her breath, which mists into tiny blooming flowers that freeze before they open.
“Low, steady, and measured, with the quiet certainty of snow settling over a field; every word sounds considered and weighty, and when she is moved she becomes almost whisper-soft.”
