Talla Brinepigt
Commoner
Talla Brinepigt
Species
Half-Orc
Appearance
A small half-orc girl with two ragged pigtails tied in blue thread, a soot-smudged grin, and hands that are always busy. Her skin has the mossy gray-green tone of old river stones, but her cheeks flush pink when she laughs or lies. She moves like a stray cat that has learned how to bow, quick and springy, yet she stands very still when listening, as if she can hear footsteps through the ground itself. She wears a patched tour-guide sash over a threadbare vest, and somehow keeps it spotless even while the rest of her clothes are a deliberate chaos of mud, buttons, charms, and string. The most striking thing about her is the polished silver bell sewn into one sleeve, tiny and bright, which should make her easier to notice but somehow only makes her seem more mysterious.
“Fast, playful, and full of street nicknames, with a habit of giving directions as if she is composing a song. She says 'we' when she means 'you should trust me,' and she rarely ends a sentence exactly where she started it.”

Distinguishing Features
Two uneven pigtails tied with blue thread and bits of string found in the street
A silver bell sewn into her left sleeve that never seems to ring at the wrong time
A crescent-shaped scar across one knuckle from a broken bottle
One canine tooth that is larger and sharper than the rest
Map chalk stains permanently under her nails
Voice
“Bright, quick, and slightly husky, with the confidence of someone who has survived by talking faster than danger.”
Clothing
A patched indigo tunic, secondhand boots with mismatched laces, a tour sash stitched from old map cloth, fingerless gloves, and a belt hung with chalk, string, a whistle, and tiny labeled tokens.
Body Language
Leans forward when excited, rocks on her heels when suspicious, and points with her whole arm instead of a finger. When she is thinking hard, she chews the inside of her cheek and twists one pigtail around and around until it almost knots.
