The Scribe's Bloodied Sanctum

As the final beat of the demon heart fades into a wet silence, the crimson pool covering the floor begins to drain into hidden fissures in the stone. The ancient ruins grow cold, leaving behind the remnants of the scribes' dark labor and the potent residue of the elementals. Amidst the scattered bones and drying ichor, several artifacts and treasures once held by the cultists or preserved by the library's magical stasis are revealed.
