Dragonfly

Dragonfly is a slender +3 dagger of blackened silver and green-edged crystal, shaped like a predator in mid-dive. Its crossguard unfurls into translucent wings etched with veined patterns that shimmer like oil on water, and its hilt is wrapped in pale leather that feels faintly warm against the palm. A bead of emerald toxin hangs within the pommel like a trapped droplet of venom. When awakened, the blade lifts from the hand as if tugged by invisible strings, hovering with insectile precision and tracing silent arcs through the air. Its edge leaves a brief, poisonous sparkle in the wake of every strike.
