Armor of the Last Benediction

This is a suit of heavy armor forged from pale gold steel, its plates embossed with angels, laurels, and tiny sunbursts that seem to glow from within. The breastplate bears a flawless vertical seam like a closed wound, and the inside of every plate is lined with white velvet that never stains. When moonlight or candlelight touches it, faint hymns shimmer across the pauldrons like reflections on water. The helm has no visible visor, only a narrow band of light where a face should be.
