Deed of Thornvale Keep

A formal deed of thick ivory vellum, folded three times and bound with a frayed black ribbon threaded through a crimson wax seal. The seal bears the sigil of Thornvale Keep, a thorn-crowned tower rising above a castellated hill. The signatures of Magister Corvin and Lord Edrick Hillsill are written in iron-gall ink so dark it seems almost wet, and the margins are crowded with legal notations, boundary marks, and tiny heraldic thorns. When held in good light, the page faintly shimmers as if the ink remembers every oath ever sworn upon it.
