Vorthax, the Umbral Sovereign

Legend speaks of Vorthax as the shadow of a fallen solar, cast away and twisted by the Abyss. It hates the sun and those who wield holy light, seeking to drag the brightest souls into its suffocating embrace.

Incorporeal Movement. The demon can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. It takes 5 () force damage if it ends its turn inside an object.
Shadow Stealth. While in dim light or darkness, the demon can take the Hide action as a bonus action.
Magic Resistance. The demon has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Sunlight Sensitivity. While in sunlight, the demon has disadvantage on attack rolls, as well as on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.
Multiattack. The demon makes three attacks: one with its Bite and two with its Shadow Claws.
Shadow Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 () slashing damage plus 13 () necrotic damage.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 () piercing damage plus 10 () necrotic damage. The target's Strength score is reduced by . The target dies if this reduces its Strength to 0. Otherwise, the reduction lasts until the target finishes a short or long rest.
Umbral Breath (Recharge 5-6). The demon exhales a 60-foot cone of shadows. Each creature in that area must make a Constitution saving throw, taking 54 () necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. A creature that fails the save is also Blinded until the end of its next turn.
Shadow Fade. When Vorthax takes damage, it can use its reaction to become heavily obscured until the start of its next turn, potentially causing subsequent attacks to have disadvantage.
Swoop. The demon flies up to half its fly speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
Claw. The demon makes one Shadow Claw attack.
Soul Siphon (Costs 2 Actions). The demon targets one creature it can see within 30 feet that has been damaged this round. The target must succeed on a Charisma saving throw or take 21 () necrotic damage, and Vorthax regains hit points equal to half the damage dealt.
