Selune of the Veilborn Tide

Appearance
Selune appears as a slim, luminous figure whose body seems partly made of moonlit surf and partly of flesh. Her skin has the soft sheen of wet pearl, cool to the eye but never quite cold, and it glows faintly at the edges when she is emotional. Her movements are quiet and fluid, like a tide sliding over black stones, yet there is an unexpected sharpness to her presence, as if she could turn from gentle watcher to living storm in a breath. She wears layered robes of sea-worn linen and translucent gauze that look damp without ever dripping, stitched with shells, silver knots, and bits of blue glass. One sleeve is always perfectly dry, the other perpetually salt-stained, a contradiction she refuses to explain.
“Low and hushed, with a tidal cadence. She speaks as though every sentence might be a prayer, and every prayer might be overheard by the deep.”

Distinguishing Features
A crescent-shaped scar beneath her left eye that glows faintly under moonlight.
Hair that seems damp even in dry air, with strands that drift like sea grass.
An impossible scent of rain on stone and clean salt around her.
Her reflection in still water sometimes blinks a heartbeat late.
One wrist bears a black coral bracelet that cannot be removed.
Voice
“Soft, tidal, and resonant, with a distant echo as if spoken across a shell-lined chamber”
Clothing
Layered tide-robes of pale gray, sea-glass blue, and moon-silver, fastened with shell clasps and braided cords. She wears bare feet wrapped in ribboned anklets of knotted kelp-fiber and silver bells that do not ring unless she wishes them to.
Body Language
Her hands hover near surfaces rather than touching them, and she tilts her head as though listening to distant surf. When unsettled, her fingers trace tiny circles in the air, leaving faint rings of mist.
