Founder’s Story

Founded by Director Julian Vane, a man who believed that the legal definition of personhood was a barrier to scientific enlightenment. Vane argued that for the human race to survive the coming eons, it needed to forcibly adapt, using whatever biological weapons it could find in the deep black. He established the first 'Red-Room' briefing sites where all legal accountability is stripped away.
