Spoils of the Bone-Strewn Field

The defeated necromancer acolyte carried little wealth, having spent most of their resources on crude funerary experiments and battlefield scavenging. Among the scattered bones and rotting corpses, the party finds a modest purse, a practical dagger, occult notes, and several small valuables taken from the dead. The skeletons and zombies yield no usable armor or equipment, though a few ritual-marked bones and battlefield supplies remain intact. The chipped garnet appears to have come from an old signet ring buried beneath the remains, offering the most valuable prize in the grisly cache.
