Tharos Valedrain
Lesser Deity
Tharos Valedrain
Species
Outsider
Appearance
Tharos appears as a tall, severe outsider wrapped in a cathedral of living shadow and dim gold light. His skin looks like polished basalt under moonlight, cool and faintly luminous at the seams, as though dawn is trying and failing to rise beneath it. His hair is a black-red cascade that moves like smoke in water, though the tips glitter with pale sunrise colors. One eye burns gold, the other is a milky ash-white, and both seem to look through lies rather than at faces. He wears immaculate vestments of midnight linen stitched with thin chains of silver sunbursts, yet his sleeves and hem are singed and torn as if he walked out of a fire barefoot and unbothered. He moves with measured grace, almost ceremonial, but when angered his shadow arrives half a heartbeat before he does.
“Measured, velvety, and absolute, as if every sentence has already survived the trial of a thousand objections.”
