Appearance
Sister Isolde Celestia is a tall, weather-worn woman with the bearing of a soldier and the careful hands of a surgeon. Her movements are measured, almost processional, yet when danger comes she crosses a room with startling speed. Her face is narrow and strong, marked by a pale scar that runs from the corner of her mouth to her left ear. Fine gold threads have been woven through the scar, making it resemble a ray of sunlight trapped beneath her skin. She smells faintly of beeswax, rain-soaked stone, and bitter medicinal herbs. Her smile is unexpectedly crooked and mischievous, an incongruous flash of warmth beneath an otherwise severe presence.
“Her voice is low, clear, and textured by years of prayer, smoke, and battlefield commands. She speaks slowly when comforting the frightened and with clipped precision when issuing orders.”

Distinguishing Features
A gold-threaded scar from the left corner of her mouth to her ear.
A missing tip on her left index finger, replaced by a carved ivory cap bearing a tiny sun.
Her holy symbol is a cracked brass disc that grows warm near planar breaches.
A faint ring of silver around each iris, visible only in candlelight.
She walks with a soft limp that disappears whenever someone nearby is in danger.
Voice
“Low, husky, and steady, with the resonant calm of a cathedral bell heard through rain”
Clothing
A cream-colored priest's robe reinforced with dark red leather beneath a sleeveless mail hauberk. Her mantle is stitched with seven small suns, one for each known Nexus Point, though the eighth has been carefully unpicked. She wears mud-stained traveling boots, fingerless prayer gloves, and a weatherproof blue cloak clasped with a cracked brass sun.
Body Language
Isolde stands with her shoulders square and her chin slightly lowered, as though listening for distant thunder. She touches her scar when weighing a difficult choice, rolls her holy symbol across her knuckles when suspicious, and places one steadying hand on the nearest frightened person before she speaks.
