Rhun Nibblequill is a lean hare with long, scar-notched ears that never stay still for long, as if they are listening to voices no one else can hear. His fur is a soft ash-gray overlaid with faint cream markings that look like old map lines, and it has the tidy sheen of something carefully brushed despite the soot and grease that always cling to his hands. He moves in quick, deliberate darts rather than hops, stopping so abruptly that his whiskers tremble after he does. The odd contradiction is his right forepaw, which is wrapped in a delicate lace glove embroidered with tiny silver flowers, worn over a hand hardened by burn scars and tool cuts. He leaves the impression of a workshop prayer made flesh, equal parts graveyard mystic and meticulous tinker.
