Sive Thatch
Commoner with Rogue-like social instincts
Sive Thatch
Species
Half-elf
Appearance
Sive Thatch is short and solidly built, with the compact strength of someone who has carried barrels, brooms, and bad news for two decades. Their apron is always clean where the stains are newest and stained where it matters least, as if they have learned to scrub only in the places patrons can see. They move with quick, efficient steps that never look hurried, shoulders slightly forward like a person forever leaning to hear a secret. One sleeve is usually rolled higher than the other, and when they listen they tilt their head with a foxlike precision. The unexpected detail is their elegant silver spectacles, perched on a cord and polished so carefully they seem too fine for a tavern hand, though one lens is cracked and held together with gold wire.
“Measured, low, and brisk, with the tone of someone who can be hospitable while simultaneously taking inventory of your pockets..”

Distinguishing Features
A thin scar across the left knuckle from opening a sealed box that had been nailed shut.
A brass key charm stitched inside the apron hem for luck.
One ear pierced three times, though only one hoop is ever worn.
A habit of tapping the heel of their boot exactly twice before delivering bad news.
Voice
“Dry, attentive, and softly amused, like someone who has heard every excuse in the district and memorized the interesting ones.”
Clothing
Rolled sleeves, a dark linen shirt, a heavy apron with stitched pockets for chalk, keys, and receipt scraps, sturdy boots, and a narrow brass ring of keys worn at the hip. Their outfit is clean enough to suggest pride, worn enough to suggest constant work.
Body Language
Their hands are always busy, polishing, stacking, counting, or adjusting a ring of keys at the belt. When suspicious, they stop moving entirely and watch with the stillness of a hunting cat.
