Veyra is a living sphere bound together by the First Covenant, an ancient promise that gives words physical force. Roads remain safe when travelers honor their contracts, rivers change course when rulers betray treaties, and forgotten vows can wake monsters beneath ruined cities. Kingdoms now fight over which promises still count. Adventurers are hired as witnesses, negotiators, oathbreakers, and troubleshooters when the world takes someone’s words far too seriously.
