Aegis of the Entropic Eye

This circular shield is crafted from a single giant dragon's eye that has been petrified and encased in void-touched mithral. The pupil of the eye remains dilated and follows the movement of any spellcaster within sixty feet. The metal surrounding the eye is perpetually cold and seems to swallow the light around it, creating a faint distortion in space.
