The Sovereign’s Cold Engine

This jagged crown is forged from unrefined slag and blackened cold iron. It appears unfinished, with sharp edges and missing segments that reveal a deep, absolute darkness within the metal's core. It constantly emits a faint, oily smoke and the sound of distant, grinding pistons. When worn, the user’s eyes seem to recede into their skull, replaced by two pinpricks of flickering furnace light.
