Whip of Domination

This exquisite whip is woven from the iridescent scales of Tiamat, each band overlapping like the plates of a living dragon and lacquered in obsidian resin that drinks in light. Its lash is long, supple, and unnaturally graceful, edged with tiny ruby, amethyst, and pearl jewels that shimmer like drops of captured desire. The handle is crowned with a cluster of enchanted gems set in a silver-gold filigree, warm to the touch and faintly perfumed with sweet incense and hot storm air. When snapped through the air, the whip leaves a trail of heart-shaped sparks and a whisper like velvet over silk.
