A crystalline octahedron roughly the size of a human fist, suspended within three concentric gold rings that rotate independently. The crystal emits a warm, pearlescent glow that rhythmically pulses, synchronized with the heartbeat of any living being holding it. It feels neither cold nor hot, but carries a weight that seems to ground the holder's very existence.
