Fjolnir's Cold-Forged Collar

A heavy, hand-beaten torc made of dark frost-iron. The metal is freezing to the touch but does not harm the wearer. At each end, a snarling wolf head is carved with startling detail, teeth bared. Etched along the outer band are flickering blue runes that pulse with a faint, ghostly light, illuminating the immediate area with a dim, chilly glow.
