The Hollow Staff

This six foot length of polished, translucent obsidian appears entirely empty, acting more like a window into a starless void than a solid object. Within its center floats a single, unblinking white eye that emits a soft, cold luminescence. Despite its size, the staff feels entirely weightless and produces no shadow even in the brightest light.
