Amber-Sap Pith Necklace

A thick cord of braided jute holds a heavy, translucent chunk of prehistoric amber. Within the golden resin is a perfectly preserved sprig of mountain heather and a single, tiny, magical ember that never fades. The stone feels slightly warm to the touch, like a pebble left in the summer sun, though the heat does not radiate more than an inch from its surface.
