Oblivion's Mercy Ammunition

The head of this arrow or bolt is crafted from a single, hollowed-out star sapphire, polished to a mirror finish. Inside, a dense, swirling mist of indigo and silver particulate churns with an unnatural, heavy fluidity. The shaft is carved from white ash and inscribed with runes of stillness and deep peace. Upon impact, the sapphire shatters with a muffled chime, releasing the pressurized dust in a heavy, expanding cloud that ignores wind and gravity.
