Orbiting Spark Nodes (Refined)

A set of five translucent sapphire-glass shards, each shaped into a perfect octahedron, that hover and orbit a central silver spindle. The spindle does not need to be held, often pinning itself to the wearer's shoulder or collar. The shards pulse with a soft white light, accelerating their orbit whenever a choice is made or a die is cast nearby.
