Rune-Scribe's Void Shackle

A thick, heavy band of cold-forged iron that seems to absorb the surrounding light. Etched across its surface are jagged, pulsating runes that glow with a faint, ghostly violet light. Wisps of dark, frost-like vapor occasionally curl away from the metal, and the bracelet feels unnaturally heavy, as if anchored to another plane of existence.
