Glacial Heart of the Ever-Winter

A jagged, pulsating crystal of translucent sapphire-blue ice that never melts, even in the heart of a forge. It is the size of a human heart and contains a swirling vortex of white frost within its center. To the touch, it feels like biting cold metal, and it constantly sheds a fine mist of snow that coats the user's hands in frost.
