The Astraeus Singularity

A dense, fist-sized core of swirling violet and gold energy trapped within a lattice of transparent orichalcum. The center of the sphere appears to be a window into a distant nebula, where stars are born and die in accelerated cycles. It emits a soft, melodic hum and feels impossibly heavy for its size, though it floats slightly above any surface it is placed upon.
