Thornshadow, Heart of the Deepwood

This longbow is crafted from a single, living branch of the First Tree, still weeping a viscous, black resin that serves as its bowstring. Intricate carvings of thorns and predatory eyes shift across its moss-covered surface as if tracking unseen prey. When drawn, the bow emits no sound, and the arrows fired from it are replaced by ethereal, obsidian thorns that dissolve into poisonous mist upon impact.
