Tusk of the River-Mother

A massive and ancient boar tusk, polished to a mirror sheen that reflects the sky. A dark spiral of fertile river-silt is intricately inlaid into the ivory, alongside a thin, translucent vein of permanent ice. This ice never melts, even in extreme heat, and it constantly emits a faint, cool mist that smells of fresh rainwater and crushed mint.
