Sophomore's Script-Mimic Quill

This elegant quill is carved from a single shard of translucent cerulean crystal. Instead of a feather vane, it features a series of delicate, floating silver rings that rotate slowly around the stem. When dipped in ink and placed upon a page, the nib glows with a soft violet light.
