The Chronicler's Cowl

This hooded mantle is woven from the silk of phase spiders and dyed the color of a rainy twilight. When the hood is drawn, the wearer's face is obscured by a shifting grey mist that reveals only two faint, glowing silver pinpoints where the eyes should be. The fabric is weightless and feels like cold air against the skin.
