Frost-Weaver's Aureole

A delicate-looking band of woven frost and polished mithril that pulses with an internal, azure light. Despite its fragile appearance, it is as cold as the heart of a glacier and never melts, even when subjected to intense dragonfire. Faint wisps of condensation constantly drift from its jagged crystalline points.
