Crater Titan, the Starless Executioner - AI-generated fantasy Monster

Crater Titan, the Starless Executioner

Legends claim this creature fell before the oldest mountains had names. It is not a god, though mortals have mistaken it for one because it arrives like judgment and leaves like an absence. Sages say it was made in the dark between stars, built to erase civilizations that had become too loud. Only one story names its true end: the Titan's Sword, hidden in fire, drawn by a hero who refuses to look away.

Immutable Void. The titan has advantage on saving throws against spells and magical effects. In addition, magical effects that would alter its form, age, or consciousness fail unless cast by a deity, artifact, or the Titan's Sword.
Starless Sight. The titan can see and target invisible creatures as if they were visible, provided they are within its blindsight.
Gravity Slip. At the start of each of its turns, the titan can teleport up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space it can see. This teleportation does not provoke opportunity attacks.
Crater Regeneration. The titan regains 30 hit points at the start of its turn if it is at least partially in contact with stone, ash, or volcanic rock. It does not regain hit points if it has taken damage from the Titan's Sword since the end of its last turn.
Legendary Resistance. The titan has three legendary resistances per day.
Multiattack. The crater titan makes three attacks in any combination of Rift Claw and Void Bolt. It can replace one attack with Gaze of Annihilation if available.
Rift Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 32 () slashing damage plus 18 () force damage. If the target is Large or smaller, it must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be knocked prone and pushed up to 30 feet straight away from the titan.
Void Bolt. Ranged Spell Attack: to hit, range 300 ft., one target. Hit: 27 () force damage, and the target cannot take reactions until the start of its next turn.
Gaze of Annihilation. The titan fixes one creature it can see within 240 feet with its empty, starless gaze. The target must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, it takes 99 () necrotic damage and is reduced to 0 hit points if it has 98 hit points or fewer after taking this damage. On a success, it takes half damage and is not reduced to 0 hit points. A creature that succeeds is immune to this titan's Gaze of Annihilation for 24 hours.
Fracture Step. When a creature the titan can see hits it with an attack, the titan reduces the damage by 30, then can move up to 20 feet without provoking opportunity attacks. If the attacker is Large or smaller, it must succeed on a Strength saving throw or fall prone.
Slip the Horizon. The titan moves up to half its speed without provoking opportunity attacks. This movement can include vertical surfaces and across unstable terrain.
Claw (Costs 2 Actions). The titan makes one Rift Claw attack.
Crater Pulse (Costs 2 Actions). The titan emits a pulse of void pressure. Each creature of its choice within 30 feet must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be pushed up to 20 feet away and knocked prone.
Void Focus (Costs 3 Actions). The titan uses Gaze of Annihilation, provided it has not already used it this round.
Cantrips
Void MimicryNone The titan is not a spellcaster, but its void physiology mimics a few high-order effects. Use these only if you want a more supernatural presentation.
