Hovering Cold. A Yuki-Onna hovers 1 foot above the ground and is unaffected by difficult terrain from snow and ice. She cannot be knocked prone. While she hovers any attack of opportunity against her is made with disadvantage.
Frost Aura. A 10-foot radius around the Yuki-Onna is frigid. Hostile creatures that start their turn in the area take 3 () cold damage. Nonhostile creatures are uncomfortable but unharmed unless they fail a Constitution saving throw, in which case they gain one level of exhaustion. Magical fires suffer disadvantage within the aura.
Alluring Beauty. The Yuki-Onna can attempt to charm or lure a single humanoid she can see. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be charmed for 1 minute. While charmed the target is drawn to the Yuki-Onna and will follow minor requests to get warm, approaching isolated positions. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns. This trait recharges after a short or long rest.
Chill Touch (Life-Draw). Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 () cold plus 7 () necrotic. A creature reduced to 0 hit points by this attack is encased in rime and becomes paralyzed for 1 minute. The creature can repeat a Constitution saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success. A creature encased in rime has its speed reduced to 0 and leaves a fragile shell of ice that shatters if it takes 5 slashing or bludgeoning damage, ending the paralysis. This attack also heals the Yuki-Onna for half the necrotic damage dealt.
Frostbolt. Ranged Spell Attack: to hit, range 60 ft., one target. Hit: 13 () cold damage and the target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of its next turn as visions of endless snow fill its mind.
Summon Snowstorm (Recharge 5-6). The Yuki-Onna spreads a sudden wall of whipping snow and sleet in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save a creature takes 18 () cold damage and is blinded until the end of its next turn. On a successful save, a creature takes half damage and is not blinded. The area becomes difficult terrain and is slick for 1 minute. Once used, this ability cannot be used again until the Yuki-Onna finishes a short or long rest.
Icy Rebuke. When a creature within 10 feet hits the Yuki-Onna with a melee attack, the attacker takes 3 () cold damage as the Yuki-Onna's frosted aura lashes out.
Frost Step. Frost Step. The Yuki-Onna moves up to half her flying speed without provoking opportunity attacks. If she ends this movement adjacent to a creature she can make one Chill Touch (Life-Draw) attack against that creature.
