All-Around Vision. The tyrant can't be flanked.
Antimagic Cone. The tyrant's central eye emits a 60-foot cone. At the start of each of its turns, the tyrant chooses which way the cone faces. Within the area, all magic is suppressed as per a 7th-level dispel magic, and all creatures must succeed at a flat check to cast spells.
Threefold Gaze. (Two Actions) The tyrant uses three random Eye Rays, targeting any creatures within 120 feet. Each ray has its own effect and requires a save (Fortitude, Reflex, or Will depending on the ray).
