Stormcall Harpy

Mountain folklore warns that when storms howl like mourning, the harpies sing for the lost.

Storm-Hardened. The harpy is immune to choke and confusion effects caused by wind and has advantage on saving throws against being deafened by storms.
Songsmith. The harpy can sing while flying and can use Stormsong even while taking other actions as long as it maintains concentration. The song requires a Charisma (Performance) check contested by a creature's Wisdom save to break free in unusual circumstances.
Cliffborn Advantage. When the harpy flies within 5 feet of a cliff edge or high ledge, it gains advantage on its next Wingblast attack and the push distance from Razor Talons increases by 5 feet.
Razor Talons. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 () slashing damage. If the target is within 5 feet of a cliff edge or in difficult footing from weather, the target must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be knocked prone and pushed 10 feet toward the cliff edge.
Stormsong Lure. The harpy sings a haunting, wind-laced melody that targets up to three creatures of its choice that can hear it and are within 120 feet. Each target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be charmed until the song ends. While charmed by the song, a creature is compelled to move steadily toward the nearest cliff edge, broken trail, or open drop and must use its movement each turn to approach that point by the safest available route. The charmed creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success. The harpy must maintain concentration on the song, which lasts up to 1 minute. If the harpy takes damage, it has advantage on the next Charisma (Performance) check it makes to maintain the song.
Wingblast. Ranged Weapon Attack: to hit, range 30/120 ft., one target. Hit: 13 () bludgeoning damage. If the target is at least 10 feet above the ground or over a dangerous drop, the target takes an additional 7 () falling damage as the harpy slams it with a wingblast.
Counter Talon. When a creature within 10 feet misses the harpy with a melee attack, the harpy can use its reaction to strike back with a quick talon swipe: Melee Weapon Attack to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit 8 () slashing damage.
Cantrips
Gust WhisperEvocation The harpy can shape a gust of wind to push or confound. As an action the harpy causes a line of turbulent wind 30 feet long and 5 feet wide. Each creature in the line must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be pushed 10 feet to a space of the harpy's choice and knocked prone. The gust can also extinguish unprotected flames in its area.
