Phase Burrower. The worm can burrow through nonmagical unworked earth and stone. While doing so, the worm doesn't disturb the material it moves through and is invisible to creatures on the surface. It can only become fully corporeal when its body (or a part of it) enters open air.
Lure Dependency. While the worm is submerged in the ground, it can only see and hear through its lure, which must be above the surface to function as a sensory organ.
Multiattack. The worm makes two attacks: one with its Bite and one with its Slam.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 () piercing damage. If the target is a Medium or smaller creature, it is grappled (escape ). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the worm can't bite another target.
Hypnotic Lure. The worm pulses its lure with mesmerizing colors. Each creature within 30 feet of the lure that can see it must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be charmed until the end of the worm's next turn. While charmed, the creature must use its movement to move toward the lure by the most direct route. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the lure for the next 24 hours.
Earthsnatch. The worm attempts to pull a grappled creature into the ground. The worm makes a Strength (Athletics) check contested by the target's Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) check. On a success, the worm drags the creature 10 feet into the ground. While 'phased' into the ground this way, the creature is blinded, restrained, and has total cover against attacks from the surface, but it begins to suffocate.
Springing Trap. When a creature comes within 5 feet of the worm's lure, the worm can use its reaction to make a Bite attack against that creature.
